We hung out with my friend Lillian and her little girl, Ella Reese. Eli loved Ella Reese, but I think he loved their guitar even more!!!
Dinner with Cousin Jolie! Look at her crazy hair!!
Passed out!! Isn't he sweet!!
We're just an ordinary family trying to bring glory to our Savior!

Today is our fourth anniversary!! Since John is in Chicago for training he was kind enough to send me these beautiful flowers!! I am an old fashioned girl. I love flowers and chocolates, and my husband knows it all too well!! Thanks, John! The flowers are beautiful and I can't wait to tap into the chocolates!!
Eli had his first dentist appointment today! He really didn't let them do anything put look in his mouth and brush his teeth with a regular toothbrush. The dentist said this was normal for children Eli's age. He is becoming such a big boy!! I can't believe I took him to the dentist today! I am trying to cherish every moment God gives me with Eli because time flies by so fast. It feels like just yesterday we were bringing him home from the hospital and freaking out because we had no idea what we were doing!! God has been very kind over the past two years and has used Eli to teach us so much! I am so grateful!! I love you, Little Man!!
Today, we had our first real snow of the winter. It snowed for like five minutes one day in November, but we were in the car and didn't get to enjoy it. Today, we spent the whole time it snowed outside and Eli loved it!! It was a little frigid, though!!
I'm wearing my super cool hat from my Mimi and Pappy!
Yipee!! Snow!!
Look at all those flakes!!
I had Eli show the camera his mittens because he actually kept them on. Amd they didn't come off until we went inside! I was so surprised!
After lunch, we hit the town on Daddy's shoulders! This was super fun!
I saw these cool suckers and thought Eli would enjoy one. He did! All over his face!!
We did end up in Pigeon Forge to stop at a few shops and then headed to our favorite restaurant, the Apple Barn, for dinner!
Eli's ice cream was the highlight of the evening!
We had a wonderful day! It is days like this, hanging out and enjoying my family, that I am reminded of God's kindess in giving me my wonderful husband and precious son! Thank you God for your grace! We are so underserving!
And here's the finished product! He doesn't look to thrilled, does he?!!
