Happy Birthday, Taylor!!

Well, Saturday was Taylor Kay's first birthday!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY, TAYLOR!! Taylor is Tricia's youngest and Tricia is my step-sister (for those of you that don't know). And boy she is a doll (Taylor, not Tricia! Well, okay. Tricia, you're a doll, too!!) Her party was out at my parent's house and what fun all of the kids had!!

Eli really enjoyed fishing in the pond!

And, if you know Eli, he also enjoyed running around!!

As you can see below, Taylor had her own cake. But, everyone else had cupcakes. Well, these weren't your average cupcakes. They were more like miniature cakes and they were quite tasty!!

Jolie isn't much of a sweets girl. Crazy, I know!! But, she likes to pretend she is. She took one small bite of her cupcake and then Grame picked at the rest!!

Tricia started letting each of the kids bend down and take a bite out of the cake hoping Taylor would catch on. Here is Eli getting his bite.

She still didn't quite get it and wasn't very happy, either!! Once she was given a fork I think she ate a little of it. Maybe she'll end up like Jolie and not really like sweets.

Here she is dancing as the kids fight over a pinata. I didn't take any pictures of that. Is that how you spell pinata? Can't figure out how to add the little squiggle thing over the n.

Time for presents!!

She actually got into this one from Josh & Tonya. It was just her height so she could reach in and pull out the tissue!!

We had such a fun time at Taylor's party and hanging out with everyone. Thanks to Grame and Poppy for hosting and to Grame and Tricia for doing such a fun job with the decorations and food!! Can't wait for the next birthday party!!
